As a photographer, I am not liable for any injuries, accidents or damages that may occur during your photoshoot. This includes physical injuries sustained by the client or third parties and any damage to the clients or another person’s property.

All instructions and guidance provided by Lost In The Moment photography, are offered solely for informational purposes. By participating in this photoshoot, individuals acknowledge that they do so at their own risk. Lost In The Moment photography assumes no responsibility for injuries, damages, or other adverse outcomes that may result from following these instructions or engaging in any activities during the shoot. It is the participant's responsibility to assess the safety of all actions, equipment, and environments involved.

Editing disclaimer

There are no warranties or guarantees regarding the quality and/or outcome of photos.

As the photographer, Lost In The Moment photography has the right to determine the extent of editing for photos. Any further service that is outside that with have an additional fee.

The photo quality may be affected by various factors, such as weather, lighting conditions, venue or location restrictions or any other external circumstances that are out of my control.

With all your edited and/or raw unedited photos, Lost In The Moment photography will put all photos onto a USB stick that will be sent out to the client with an additional small cost via Australia Post. Alternatively, the photos can be sent as a ZIP file via email. Sneak previews are available to view via google drive.

Photo type/size disclaimer

Lost In The Moment photography share edited and raw unedited photos as a JPEG file

Photography disclaimer

It is your responsibility as the client to have the proper hardware and software for the file type and size

As the photographer, Lost In The Moment photography is under no obligation to (1) use a different file type, (2) adjust the size of the files, or (3) use a different transfer method for the client

Location/Venue disclaimer

As the photographer, Lost In The Moment photography can not hold any responsibility for any issues arising from restricted access, equipment restrictions (like a prohibition on flash photography), the public, or time/space restrictions

Storage disclaimer

As the photographer, Lost In The Moment photography cannot keep files for more than 1 year. Once your photographer has shared your photos with you, it is your responsibility as the client, to properly store them. As the photographer, Lost In The Moment photography cannot be held liable for lost files after the storage period has expired

Public sharing disclaimer

If you, as the customer, don’t want your photos to be shown or shared on any social media platform, you MUST inform your photographer, because photos that are taken from various photoshoots will be shown or shared on Lost In The Moment photography’s social media platforms
